These terms govern use of this website. Specific paid work is governed by the proposal, estimate, statement of work, or service agreement accepted for that project.

You may use this website for lawful informational and business-inquiry purposes. Do not interfere with site operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the site in a manner that burdens it, impersonate another person, or use the site to violate another party’s rights.

Information and estimates

Website content is general information and may change. Descriptions, timelines, availability, examples, and pricing are not binding offers unless included in a written agreement. Submitting a form does not create a client relationship or guarantee acceptance of a project.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, graphics, logos, code, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to The Serviss Station LLC and are protected by applicable law. You may view and print reasonable portions for personal or internal business evaluation, but may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without permission.
